The hay barn, the drying house, the storage shed, the olive mill — names that already tell a story. Each space preserves the memory of the hamlet, with local stone, exposed beams and original materials. Different characters, all restored with the same care.

Casa Bertilla
A romantic, intimate stone cottage. A double bedroom on the mezzanine, with a living room and kitchen downstairs, a covered terrace and a private fenced garden. A place made for two — and with its own garden, perfect for four-legged friends too.
Il Frantoio
Exposed beams, terracotta floors and handcrafted furnishings in sage green. All on the ground floor and set apart from the rest of the hamlet — intimate and private. Living room with open-plan kitchen and a spacious panoramic terrace with barbecue.
L’Essiccatoio
Two bedrooms: one on the main floor with exposed stone walls, the other on the mezzanine — cosy and intimate, and especially loved by children. A covered loggia at the entrance and a private garden among the olive trees at the back.
Il Fienile
Bright and open, with large windows overlooking the olive grove. An open-plan kitchen and spacious living area lead onto a panoramic terrace. A space that invites you to spend as much time outdoors as indoors.
La Rimessa
Spacious, bright and entirely on the ground floor. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a generous living area with an open-plan kitchen. The two-level terrace offers glimpses of San Gimignano. Perfect for families and small groups.
Casa Vecchia
The oldest part of the hamlet. A majestic fireplace defines the living room, while two double bedrooms — one panoramic, the other with exposed stone walls — tell centuries of history. Outside, a patio with barbecue and an intimate little terrace overlooking the sunset.
Il Trinciatoio
Set over two levels, with a stone staircase and two bedrooms with private bathrooms. And then the real surprise: a panoramic terrace covered by a gazebo and a second terrace to the side — always the perfect spot, whatever the time of day.
La Capanna
A private garden surrounds the house, complemented by a terrace with breathtaking views. Two bedrooms upstairs, a living room and kitchen on the ground floor, with carefully considered details throughout. One of Ripostena’s most secluded spaces — the privacy of a home all to yourself.
La Villa
Il Fienile and La Capanna come together to form a single stone country house surrounded by a private garden. Bedrooms, living rooms, kitchens and terraces overlooking the Tuscan hills. For those who want all the space they need to be together — without giving up a thing.
