On the ground floor, the living area offers a large living room with dining table and double sofa bed, as well as a fully equipped kitchen.
The Capanna can be connected to the apartment below, Il Fienile, forming a single solution: Villa Boscobello.
Il Fienile

The Fienile is a holiday apartment converted from an ancient barn of the farm. Entirely on the ground floor, it offers a living room, a double bedroom with a view, and a bathroom with a shower. The panoramic terrace opens onto the olive grove and the surrounding countryside, providing moments of pure relaxation.
The double bedroom features a large panoramic window, through which the interior and exterior seem to merge. The spacious living area consists of a living room with a double sofa bed and an open-plan kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator with separate freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine.
The panoramic terrace with views of the hills of Siena and the surrounding area, covered by a large umbrella, is equipped with a table, chairs, deck chairs, and a barbecue for your grilling.
Villa Boscobello (La Capanna & Il Fienile)

Villa Boscobello is an elegant stone farmhouse born from the union of La Capanna and Il Fienile, set in a large private garden. Ideal for large families or small groups, it offers spacious areas and greater privacy.
On the upper floor, there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with double sink and shower.
On the ground floor, there is a large living room with dining area and sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen. The lower floor adds a second living room with kitchen, a bathroom, and a room with a view and air conditioning. Both levels have covered panoramic terraces, equipped for outdoor living.
